    Analysis of Neutron Flux Distribution in Rsg-Gas Reactor With U-Mo Fuels

    The use of U-Mo fuels in research reactors seems to be promising and, recently, world researchers have carried out these such activities actively. The National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) which owns RSG-GAS reactor available in Serpong Research Center for Atomic Energy should anticipate this trend. It is, therefore, this research work on the use of U-Mo fuels in RSG-GAS reactor should be carried out. The work was focused on the analysis of neutron flux distribution in the RSG-GAS reactor using different content of molybdenum in U-Mo fuels. To begin with, RSG-GAS reactor core model was developed and simulated into X, Y and Z dimensions. Cross section of materials based on the developed cells of standard and control fuels was then generated using WIMS-D5-B. The criticality calculations were finally carried out applying BATAN-2DIFF code. The results showed that the neutron flux distribution obtained in U-Mo-fuel-based RSG-GAS core is very similar to those achieved in the 300-gram sillicide-fuel-based RSG-GAS reactor core. Indeed, the utilization of the U-Mo RSG-GAS core can be very similar to that of the high-density sillicide reactor core and even could be better in the future

    PT. Surya Toto Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur perlengkapan kamar mandi di Indonesia. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya peningkatan persediaan barang jadi yang kurang aktif pada produk Lavatory Faucet maka diperlukan suatu upaya dalam memprediksi permintaan dan persediaan Lavatory Faucet di masa yang akan datang secara tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode Forecasting Time Series Analysis yang diaplikasikan pada software Production Operation Management (POM) dan Minitab diperoleh metode yang tepat digunakan untuk memprediksi permintaan Lavatory Faucet dimasa yang akan datang adalah metode Winters Multiplicative dengan parameter level = 0,5, trend = 0,2 dan seasonal = 0,2 karena memiliki nilai akurasi kesalahan terkecil diantara metode yang lain dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) = 16%, Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) = 3527, Mean Sequare Error (MSE) = 18.111.083, dan prediksi permintaan Lavatory Faucet periode berikutnya sejumlah 24,860 unit menggunakan software Minitab. Dengan menggunakan metode Classification yang di aplikasikan pada software Rapid Miner diperoleh algoritma Decission Tree C4.5 merupakan metode yang paling tepat digunakan untuk memprediksi persediaan Lavatory Faucet dimasa yang akan datang karena memiliki ukuran kinerja paling baik dibandingkan algoritma Naive Bayes dengan nilai Accuracy = 98,52%, Precision = 99,63% dan Recall = 98,43%.Kata Kunci: POM, Minitab, Rapid Miner, Forecasting, Time Series, Classificatio

    Learning style is an important factor in the success of the learning process from learning resources to individuals or groups. Understanding learning styles can be a strategy in the learning process. One of the learning styles is "VARK" which is the preference of individuals or learning groups consisting of visual, aural, read/write, and kinesthetic. Various methods are developed to find out the learning style of an individual or group of learners. In this research, a decision support system (SK) will be developed that provides learning style recommendations for individuals or study groups whether the tendency is visual, aural, read/write, or kinesthetic. The method used is a combination of simple additive weighting (SAW) and weighted product (WP).  The SPK development stages consist of data collection through distributing surveys to 55 student respondents at the 1926 Education Foundation where the dominant characteristic of the respondent's learning style is visual, namely 56%, analyzing SAW and WP methods, developing SPK with a web-based system, testing the system using the black box testing method

    KRL Lightning Protection System Network of Catenary Electricity Units Top Flow at The UPT Resort Region of Pasar Senen, Jakarta

    The modes of transportation are currently very diverse with the development of an area and mass transportation is an absolute solution to the problem of congestion in urban areas. In metropolitan Jakarta, the Electric Rail Train (KRL) moves through several stages, starting from the supply of a 20 kV AC PLN distribution substation adjacent to the KAI traction substation and then being lowered through the KAI traction substation stepdown transformer to 1200 V AC. The AC power is then converted to DC using a silicon rectifier, and finally generates a voltage of 1500 V DC which supplies the KRL from the traction substation via Overflow Electricity (LAA) with a catenary network transmission that runs across the top along the KRL route. LAA technical problems, called equipment malfunctions, causes train travel disruptions resulting in crossing and overcoming transfers, trip cancellations or delays of 10 minutes or more. This is due to damage to the catenary network, so certain sections of the road cannot be finally passed by KRL. The catenary network must then be safeguarded with protective facilities to secure other catenary network equipment from damage due to lightning strikes and induction. This study maximizes the protection system on the catenary network in the area of the Technical Service Unit (UPT) Resort LAA 1.7 Pasar Senen PT KAI (Persero) Operation Area 1 Jakarta and is expected to be a reference for railway infrastructure employees of the LAA unit. There are, 3 methods used, namely the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that the optimum OHGW (overhead ground wire) angle of protection for the concrete/pole type was 67.45˚, while the iron pole was 65.95˚ and both met the requirements for the protection angle of 65˚-68˚. However, the distance for grounding the catenary network poles on existing poles that are installed every 5 poles and is 250 m apart needs to be renovated to avoid induced voltage disturbances and high lightning strikes and hence endangering humans and surrounding equipment. Finally, to avoid cases of theft of the copper grounding rod and its down conductor, it is necessary to install a new grounding rod made of iron. Keywords: Traction substation, catenary network, lightning protection system

    MIS Application Increases Blood Donation Participants at Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Towards 2025

    Based upon Government Regulation No. 7 of 2011, the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) has carried out blood donation services in Indonesia. The Management Information System (MIS) of Blood Donation owned by PMI's Blood Donation Unit (UDD) has not yet reached all parts of Indonesia, both for internal use and for public access due to several factors, such as, the low capacity of PMI in some areas and the lack of optimal synergized system at PMI with other stakeholders. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been developed, this paper provides suggestions on how the PMI Blood Donation Service Management Information System strategy has been utilized to increase blood donation participants by 2025. Involvement of the government and the business sector at every level through collaboration and a common goal of the need for blood bags is the key strategy to realize these goals, including how to get support from partners of the red cross movement from other countries, such as, the American Red Cross and the Australian Red Cross. These strategies should be developed into a roadmap for the grand design of the PMI blood donor service management information system towards 2025 to achieve the targeted 5.2 million blood bags per year, and of course, the target will continue to increase every year in accordance with population growth in Indonesia. Keywords: MIS, PMI, blood donation, 202

    The Strategy to Support HTGR fuels for The 10 MW Indonesia's Experimental Power Reactor (RDE)

    The Indonesia’s 10 MW experimental power reactor (RDE) is developed based on high temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTGR) and the program of the RDE was firstly introduced to the Agency for National Development Planning (BAPPENAS) at the beginning of 2014. The RDE program is expected to have positive impacts on community prosperity, self-reliance and sovereignty of Indonesia. The availability of RDE will be able to accelerate advanced nuclear power technology development and hence elevate Indonesia to be the nuclear champion in the ASEAN region. The RDE is expected to be operable in 2022/2023. In terms of fuel supply for the reactor, the first batch of RDE fuel will be inclusive in the RDE engineering, procurement and construction (RDE-EPC) contract for the assurance of the RDE reactor operation from 2023 to 2027. Consideration of RDE fuel plant construction is important as RDE can be the basis for the development of reactors of similar type with small-medium power (25 MWe–200/300 MWe), which are preferable for eastern part of Indonesia. To study the feasibility of the construction of RDE fuel plant, current state of the art of the R&D on HTGR fuel in some advanced countries such as European countries, the United States, South Africa and Japan will be discussed and overviewed to draw a conclusion about the prospective countries for supporting the fuel for long-term RDE operation. The strategy and roadmap for the preparation of the RDE fuel plant construction with the involvement of national stakeholders have been developed. The best possible vendor country to support HTGR fuel for long-term operation is finally accomplished. In the end, this paper can be assigned as a reference for the planning and construction of HTGR RDE fuel fabrication plant in Indonesia.Keywords: RDE, Indonesia, HTGR, fuel, strategy

    Utilization of Information Technology, Internet and E-Commerce in Herbal MSMEs

    This research is based on fact that during the pandemic, the need for technology, internet and e-commerce has increased significantly. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of information technology, internet and e-commerce at MSME Herbal Waroeng Sehat, Tangerang City has been carried out optimally.The methodology used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The test used in this study is the frequency distribution table test. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Form to 30 respondents. Primary data derived from questionnaires were processed through the SPSS version 25 program. According to (Ghozali, 2018, p. 15) [1], SPSS is an abbreviation of Statistical Package for Social Sciences, which is software that functions to analyze data, perform statistical calculations for both parametric and non-parametric statistic on a windows basis. The results showed that the ability of employees to operate computers was 83.3% or 25 employees. And the use of the internet to support daily work is 86.7% or 26 employees. Utilization of E-commerce can add business branches, the answer is 66.7% or 20 people answered that the use of E-commerce can add business branches. It can be concluded that the utilization of Information Technology, Internet and E-commerce has been carried out optimally by Waroeng Sehat.The impact of this research is expected in the next 5 years Waroeng Sehat SMEs can expand their digital marketing strategies by using Internet of Things technology in order to get maximum profit. Keywords: Information Technology, Internet, E-commerce, MSM

    Arsitektur Jaringan Komputer Berbasis Framework Togaf-Adm Menggunakan Proses NDLC

    One factor for the achievement of the objectives of the concept of learning in the management of modern education is to utilize information technology that is supported by a reliable computer network architecture. In this research, the method of designing a computer network architecture is based on the 4 stages of the TOGAF-ADM Framework, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information systems architecture (data architecture and application architecture) and technology architecture. Then the system implementation uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) process which consists of analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation, monitoring, management and ending with an evaluation of computer network development. From the trial results, it is obtained that by using load balance technology and microtic device support, sending and receiving data packets is now faster and more stable because the communication lines have been segmented and the data collision in the network is resolved. The new network implementation successfully stabilized upload and download data speeds, overcoming limited connections and 0% packet loss
